By accessing or using the QuikCNC website (the "Site") operated by Shanghai Zhansong Industry Co., Ltd. ("ZSCNC", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. Services Description
ZSCNC provides precision CNC machining services including but not limited to CNC milling, CNC turning, multi-axis machining, surface finishing, and custom parts manufacturing for packaging equipment and industrial automation applications. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any additional agreements made between ZSCNC and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and technical documentation, is the property of ZSCNC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications uploaded by clients remain the property of the client. ZSCNC will not share, reproduce, or use client intellectual property for any purpose other than fulfilling the requested services without explicit permission.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Site and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or submitting forms
- Upload only lawful content and technical data that you have the right to share
- Use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with Site operations

5. Quotes and Orders
All quotations provided by ZSCNC are valid for the period stated in the quote. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit. Final pricing may be adjusted based on any changes to specifications, materials, or quantities after the initial quote.
We commit to providing 24-hour fast quotation response and 3-7 day fast delivery for standard lead times, subject to material availability and production capacity at the time of order confirmation.
6. Quality and Warranty
ZSCNC warrants that all manufactured parts will conform to the specifications agreed upon in the order. Our quality control process includes material verification, in-process inspection, first article inspection (FAI), and final dimensional audit.
Any defects or non-conformities must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. ZSCNC will, at its discretion, rework or replace non-conforming parts. This warranty excludes issues arising from design errors in client-provided specifications, normal wear and tear, or improper use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZSCNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
